Chocolate Avocado Mousse Cups

For the base:

4Vegan Protein Balls Salty Peanut Butter
For the avocado chocolate mousse:

260 gavocado fruit

115 gdark chocolate
-
30 gcocoa powder
-
75 mlcoconut milk
-
5 tbspmaple syrup
-
2 tspFlavour Kick Chocolate

a pinchsalt
-
optional toppingscoconut chips, fresh berries

To make the crust: Use a spoon or your fingers to flatten the Protein Balls. Line each ramekin or serving dish with parchment paper and press the flattened Protein Balls into each one.

Now make the filling. Set a heatproof bowl on top of a pot of boiling water. Put the dark chocolate inside and stir until it is melted.

Put the melted chocolate and the other ingredients for the filling into a blender. Blend until you have a mousse with a creamy, smooth consistency.

Spoon an equal amount of avocado chocolate mousse into each ramekin. Smooth the tops over.

Set the mousse cups aside in the freezer for at least an hour.

Garnish with coconut chips or fresh fruit as desired.
