Sehr gut
Den größten Unterschied habe ich tatsächlich bemerkt, als ich Creatine 3 Wochen lang im Urlaub nicht mehr genommen habe. Seit etwa 2 Woche nehme ich es nun wieder täglich und merke wie ich zum einen beim Sport mehr Power habe und mich zum anderen auch in der Arbeit besser konzentrieren kann.
