Vegan Cookie Dough Fudge

Looking for a healthy snack that’ll have everyone begging for more? Our super-smooth cookie dough fudge will do it. One bite will put your cravings for sweets straight to bed. Meanwhile, when we were making this recipe we focused on keeping the ingredients as clean as possible. That makes these fudgy bites a healthy, high-protein snack you can pop into your mouth with no second thoughts.

100 galmond or cashew butter (or Peanut Butter)

50 goat flour (e.g. Instant Oats

40 g

3 tbspmaple syrup (or agave nectar)

5 tbspplant-based milk (e.g. soy or oat)

30 gvegan chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix the nut butter, oat flour, Vegan Protein, maple syrup, and plant milk in a bowl. Use a spoon or a hand blender to create a smooth dough.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Line a 15x15cm baking dish with plastic wrap. Press the cookie dough fudge into the cake pan and press flat with your hands.

Put the fudge into the fridge to firm up for at least 30 minutes. Finally, cut into 9 equally-sized pieces and serve.
