People have been asking for recipes with our Protein Flakes for a while now. Here’s one that we really love: an apple crumble with vanilla ice cream. It’s sweet, it’s delicious, and it’s got loads of protein.
Ingredients

For the crumble:

70 gProtein Flakes
-
30ground almonds
-
tspchopped walnuts

30 mlcinnamon

mlProtein Ice Cream
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175° C.

Dice the apple. Put it into an oven-safe dish.

Juice the lemon and add the juice to the apple cubes. Add the cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well, then gently press the top flat.

To make the streusel/crumble topping: Mix all the ingredients in a separate bowl.

Spread the crumbly mix on top of the apples.

Bake for about 30 minutes. For the best results, cover with aluminum foil to keep the crumble topping from getting too dark.

Serve the apple crumble warm, topped with yogurt or Protein Ice Cream.
