Ingredients

For the light layer:

  • 300 g
    low-fat yogurt
  • 100 ml
    unsweetened almond milk
  • 20 g
    Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey Protein
  • 1 tbsp
    White Chia Seeds

For the dark layer:

  • 100 g
    low-fat yogurt
  • 50 ml
    unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 10 g
    Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey Protein

Preparation

    For the light layer:

    Whisk the yogurt, milk, Whey Protein and chia seeds in a bowl.

    Pour into a glass.

    For the dark layer:

    Mix the yogurt, milk, cocoa powder and Whey Protein until smooth.

    Pour the dark layer over the light layer and, if you like, mix them together.
