They’re the perfect snack for whenever, whether you need a quick boost to beat off the afternoon slump or an extra something before – or during – your workout. With their super-clean ingredients, you’ll know exactly what’s going into your body.

Ingredients

  • 70 g
    carrot
  • 30 g
    oatmeal
  • 80 g
    walnuts
  • 60 g
    dates
  • 30 g
  • 2 tbsp
    water
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp
    powdered ginger
  • 1 pinch
    ground nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp
    coconut flakes

Preparation

    Grate the carrot with a fine grater.

    Add all ingredients except the coconut flakes together in a high-powered blender or food processor. Mix until they form a consistent, sticky texture.

    With moist hands, form the mix into 12 balls of equal size.
