Blueberry Coconut Protein Shake

Ingredients
For the bottom layer:

60 gcoconut yogurt

75 mloat milk

160 gblueberries, frozen

1 tbsplemon juice
For the middle layer:

0.5banana

180 gcoconut yogurt

90 gblueberries, frozen

80 mloat milk

0.5banana
-
40 mloat milk

1 tbspPeanut Butter

1 optional toppingsCoconut Chips, fresh blueberries, Just Cashews, Coconut & Dates
Preparation

Put all the ingredients for the bottom layer into a blender and mix until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly between 2 glasses. Put the glasses into the freezer for about 20 minutes.

Now put all the ingredients for the middle layer into a strong blender and blend. Pour the layer on top of each of the 2 glasses. Now put the glasses back into the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Finally, put all the ingredients for the last layer into a blender. Puree into a smooth mixture. Spread the coconut shake layer on the top of each glass.

Top your blueberry coconut protein shake with fresh blueberries and coconut chips as desired.
